Yes. All paid plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before that with no obligation.

Credits are the internal currency used for AI-powered actions on Growthflicks. Each action — generating an image, creating a video, upscaling a photo — consumes a set number of credits. Your monthly credit balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Credit costs vary by task complexity. Standard image generation uses fewer credits than a full video creation. You can see exact credit costs for each tool inside the dashboard before confirming any action, so there are no surprises.

AI generation tasks will pause until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time to access more credits immediately.

Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that closely matches your typical monthly usage to get the best value.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you retain full access to your current plan until the cycle ends.

The Video Creator takes a text prompt and generates a short-form social video — complete with visuals and pacing optimized for each platform. You can refine the output, adjust the style, and publish directly from the dashboard.

The Image Creator supports a wide range of styles including photorealistic, illustrated, abstract, and branded. You can specify aspect ratios for different platforms (square, portrait, landscape) and apply style presets to keep your brand visually consistent.

The Image Upscaler uses AI to enhance resolution and recover fine detail. It performs especially well on faces, text, and product shots. You can preview the before and after before applying, ensuring the result meets your quality standards.

Generated videos are optimized for short-form social content, typically up to 60 seconds. For the Video Editor, you can work with imported clips up to the file size limits specified in your plan. Check the dashboard settings for your current limits.

Brand-specific style training is on the roadmap for Enterprise accounts. Currently, you can guide the AI using detailed prompts and style presets. Contact our sales team to discuss custom Enterprise options.

Yes. The Auto Scheduler lets you queue content as far in advance as you need. You can set specific publish times, use AI-suggested optimal posting times based on your audience, or bulk-schedule an entire content calendar in one session.

All current plans allow up to 5 posts per connected account per day. This limit is designed to stay within the safe zone for most platform APIs. Enterprise plans can discuss custom limits with the sales team.

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can connect and manage multiple social accounts across different brands. The Core plan supports up to 20 accounts, Premium supports up to 50, and Enterprise supports unlimited accounts.

If a scheduled post fails — for example, due to a platform API issue or an expired connection — you will receive an immediate notification. The post is held in a failed state so you can retry or reschedule it without losing the content.

Before any piece of content is published, the Safety & Compliance tool automatically scans it for policy violations, sensitive topics, copyright risks, and platform-specific guidelines. Content that passes is cleared for publishing; anything flagged is held for your review.

The checker looks for content that may violate platform community guidelines, contain sensitive or regulated topics (financial advice, health claims, etc.), or include copyrighted material. The exact rules are configurable to match your industry and region.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent. Access controls are enforced at both the account and team level. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Growthflicks is built with GDPR compliance as a baseline. We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for business customers, and you can request your data export or deletion at any time from account settings. See the DPA page for details.
